India's leading partner for precast Solar ICR and Main Control Rooms.

To revolutionize the renewable energy landscape by replacing slow traditional construction with advanced, speed-driven precast solar inverter control room technology.

To empower solar developers with fail-safe, aesthetically superior, and rapidly deployable Solar ICR and MCR solutions that ensure grid stability and uninterrupted power generation.

Fortico Infra Private Limited was founded in 2025 around a single observation: solar plants were being commissioned in months, while the buildings that house their inverters and control equipment were still being built brick by brick over weeks of monsoon delays, labour shortages and rework. We set out to take that entire scope off the critical path. From our base in Bikaner, Rajasthan — inside the Thar Desert solar belt, one of the highest-irradiance regions in the country — we manufacture control-room buildings the way a factory makes products, not the way a site makes buildings.

We were the first company in the Indian solar industry to industrialise Inverter Control Rooms (ICR) and Main Control Rooms (MCR) through precast technology. Wall panels, beams and roof slabs are cast under cover on a 5-acre yard while the site is still being graded, cured to strength under controlled conditions, then transported and erected in days on our own cranes and trailers. The result is 282+ MW of solar capacity protected by Fortico structures, 84+ ICRs deployed and 28+ projects closed out — with the same dimensional tolerance on the last unit as on the first.

Everything we own supports that promise: the casting yard, the batching and curing discipline, the QA lab, the cranes, the trailers and the engineers who travel with them. Nothing critical is subcontracted, because a timeline is only as reliable as its weakest outsourced link.

    01

Skilled labor shortage in solar project regions

Remote locations like the Thar Desert face 40-60% labor shortages for specialized civil works, making factory-produced precast the only reliable solution.

    02

Need for standardized, fast-deployable civil infrastructure

India's 300+ GW solar target requires infrastructure that can be deployed at scale — cast-in-situ methods simply cannot keep pace with project timelines.

    03

Gap between factory quality and site execution

Weather, skill variability, and supervision gaps cause 70% of civil defects in solar projects. Our factory-controlled production eliminates these variables entirely.

India's leading partner for precast Solar ICR and Main Control Rooms.

    Execution Focus

Practical, site-condition-driven approach. Every decision is validated against field realities of remote solar installations.

    Constructability

Designs that prioritize ease of installation — reducing crane time, alignment effort, and skilled labor dependency.

    Standardization

Repeatable, scalable production modules. Our standardized approach enables 2 complete ICR sets per day.

    Quality First

No shortcuts — every element undergoes 8-stage inspection, is tested per IS standards, and is traceable for 7 years.

    Independently audited management systems

Fortico Infra Private Limited holds four international management system certifications, issued by LMS Assessments Limited (EGAC accredited, IAF MLA member) and covering infrastructure development, civil construction and project management services at both our Bikaner office and our Ridmalsar manufacturing facility. A certificate is not a plaque for us — it is an external auditor confirming that the way we plan, cast, inspect, transport and document work is written down, followed and traceable. All four were issued on 04 June 2026, carry annual surveillance audits and run to recertification in June 2029.

From certificate to practice on every project

Standards only matter if they change what happens on the ground. Below is how the four management systems actually run inside Fortico — the same sequence every ICR, MCR and foundation package goes through, from the first drawing to the handover file.

    01

    Design freeze & method statements

Every project starts with a reviewed GA drawing, precast element schedule and a written method statement for casting, lifting and erection. Nothing is cast against a verbal instruction — the ISO 9001 document-control route means the yard only works from the current approved revision.

    02

    Controlled material approval

JSW Panther Fe 550D reinforcement and UltraTech / Aditya Birla cement arrive with mill and batch test certificates, are checked against IS 1786 and IS 456 requirements, and are logged before use. Rejected material is quarantined, not reworked into a pour.

    03

    8-stage inspection & test plan

Shuttering, reinforcement, cover, embeds, pour, cube testing, curing and demoulded finish are each signed off at hold points. Cube results at 7 and 28 days are retained with the element ID, so any panel on any site can be traced back to its pour.

    04

    Safe lifting, transport & erection

Under ISO 45001, each lift runs to a plan: certified slings and shackles, inspected crane logs, trained riggers, marked exclusion zones and a daily toolbox talk. Loads travel dunnage-protected on route-surveyed trailers to prevent transit cracking.

    05

Environmental controls at the yard & site

ISO 14001 practice means curing water is recovered and reused, stockpiles and haul routes are dust-suppressed, steel offcuts and broken concrete are segregated for recycling, and fuel and oil are stored on bunded ground away from natural drainage.

    06

    Records, handover & audit trail

Each project closes with a handover file: approved drawings, material certificates, ITP sign-offs, cube results, lift records and as-built notes. Records are held for seven years under ISO/IEC 27001 access and retention rules and are available for client or lender audit.

Internal audits are run against these procedures through the year, with corrective actions closed before the annual surveillance audit by LMS Assessments Limited.
